If you are unable to send a photo or would prefer to just mail the frame in and have have a "Frame Mender" contact you once they receive them, please include your NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, AND RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS and skip to Step 2.
